2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas and rolled oats. If using, stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
