These simple 3-ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are naturally sweet and perfect for a quick snack or breakfast. They are easy to make and require no added sugar.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas and rolled oats. If using, stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  5. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
