Delicious baked apple fritters topped with a sweet glaze.

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in diced apples.
  6. Scoop batter onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
  9. Drizzle glaze over cooled fritters.
