Crispy baked banana chips, a healthy and delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 green bananas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, toss banana slices with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.
