  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
