1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
