  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
