Instructions
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a large saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the pudding has thickened, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
