- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
- Return beef to the skillet and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked noodles and garnish with parsley.
