Ingredients
Scale
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the salmon fillets and asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
Adjust garlic and dill quantities to your preference.
If you don’t have fresh lemon, bottled lemon juice works as well.
