Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets and asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  • Adjust garlic and dill quantities to your preference.
  • If you don’t have fresh lemon, bottled lemon juice works as well.
