- 1 pound frozen shelled edamame
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Cook edamame according to package directions. Drain well.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add the cooked edamame to the skillet. Toss to coat with the garlic oil.
