  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
