Refreshing and healthy banana popsicles made with fresh bananas, yogurt, and a touch of honey. A perfect cool treat for any time.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
  2. Combine the banana chunks, plain yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  7. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of cinnamon or a spoonful of cocoa powder for extra flavor.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond yogurt.
  • These popsicles are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
