Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
