A light and flavorful Japanese clear soup made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups dashi stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tofu

Instructions

  1. Heat dashi stock in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add mushrooms and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with green onions before serving.
