A simple and quick recipe to use leftover turkey and fresh broccoli for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in shredded turkey, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
