Instructions
- Measure cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir.
- Microwave for 30 seconds more, or until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir gently until all cereal is evenly coated.
- Pour powdered sugar into a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add coated cereal to the bag. Seal the bag and shake until cereal is fully coated.
- Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet or wax paper to cool.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
