- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon
- 1/4 cup scrambled eggs, cooked and cooled
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add ice water until dough comes together.
- Divide dough in half, roll each into a rectangle.
- Spread cheese, beef bacon, and scrambled eggs on one dough rectangle.
- Cover with the second dough rectangle, press edges to seal.
- Cut into smaller rectangles, crimp edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
