- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
