- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in strawberries.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
