Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola or crushed biscuits

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries. Set aside.
  2. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Layer granola or crushed biscuits in serving glasses.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream followed by sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat layers until glass is full.
