  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, diced avocado, chopped walnuts, and sliced red onion (if using).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey or maple syrup. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
