Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
