  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, ginger, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the salmon cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly charred.
  6. Serve immediately.
