  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread hash browns evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer cooked sausage over the hash browns.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
