A simple and flavorful Turkish dish made with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, peppers, and spices. Perfect for breakfast or a quick meal.

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until soft.
  3. Add green peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Crack eggs directly into the pan and scramble lightly.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until eggs are set but still creamy.
  8. Serve immediately with bread.
