  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each piece.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
  7. Brush the pastries with the beaten egg mixed with milk.
